thought for today

One extreme to the other: the peoples of other nations brought to Israel by the assyrians half heartedly worship the Lord, but also continue other pagan practices, while, 700 years later, some church groups introduce unnecessarily strict rules into the church community. Somewhere between this is the road God wants us to walk.
